As part of our ongoing business optimization initiatives, the loan originator Limited liability company “RC RIGA” novates its rights and duties under all existing loan and assignment agreements to a new affiliated entity ROBOCASH BUCHAREST S.R.L. (“RC BUCHAREST”). The changes take effect on August 1, 2025. All your current investments, repayment schedules, and future payments will remain entirely unaffected and will proceed without any interruption.
