Loyalty program for our investors

All Robo.cash investors enter the program automatically. After you get verified and invest at least 50 euro, you get the Standard status.

The loyalty program has multiple levels. Depending on how much money you invest, you get to a certain level. The levels are updated every midnight, and you get the bonus depending on your current level. The basis for the level calculation is the total sum in your portfolios. The money on your balance is not counted in.

When you get earnings from closed loans or monthly interest from longer-term ones, they come with an extra interest rate according to your current level. When you level up or lose your status, the bonus will change as well.

Open the Account statement page in your account and scroll down to see the transaction list. You can see the loyalty interest payouts there. You can also use the filter “Bonus payments” to see them.

The loyalty level is recalculated every midnight. Our algorithm checks how much money you have in your portfolios and gives you a Gold status if the sum is between 20 000 and 49 999 euros, and a Platinum status if it exceeds 50 000 euro. If you have less than 20 000 euros invested, you get the Standard status.
