Robocash Group’s audited consolidated financial results 2021-2022
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and audited by Grant Thornton.
The recently released report features Robocash PTE LTD and its subsidiaries, located in Central Asia, Europe and Asia Pacific Region. This report is an important advancement to the Group’s business strategy.
Key financial highlights:
- The FY 2022 revenue for the period amounts to 139.1 M USD, up by 16.2% YoY;
- The FY 2022 net profit stands at 13.1 M USD.
As of December 31st, 2022:
- Total assets reach 113.6 M USD, an increase of 50.5% YoY;
- Total equity reaches 11.0 M USD.

How will the new business strategy affect Robo.cash investors?
The Robo.cash platform will continue to operate as usual. Robocash Group has a sufficient liquid reserve which covers all obligations to the platform investors.
How will the Group Guarantee continue to work?
The Group guarantee is applied to the loan originators presented on the platform, all of which are subsidiaries of Robocash PTE LTD, so it will continue to operate as usual.
What will happen to Zaymer?
Zaymer has never been a part of the Group and remains on self-development in the local market.
