We are pleased to announce an important update to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.


Our team has been working hard to significantly improve this section and make it more informative, user-friendly and fresh.

We have completely revised and restructured the content of our FAQ in order to provide solutions for a wide range of questions. The section also goes by the name Help & Support from now on.

The new guidance includes:
