What happens if Robocash the platform (Robocash d.o.o.) goes bankrupt?
Since the platform is an intermediary between Loan originator and investors, a change of its legal and financial status does not affect the legal relationship between the particular investor and Loan originator. Neither does it affect investors right to receive payments from the Loan originator in accordance with the assignment agreement generated for every transaction (purchased claim rights to a loan) on the platform.
