What happens to the account in case the investor dies?

In this unfortunate case the heir should contact us at [email protected] so we can assist them further. To start any activities with the account of the deceased customer, we will need some documents that could prove that the person is their legitimate inheritor.

Based on inheritance documentation issued in the investor’s country, we would be able to withdraw the money to their legitimate inheritor. If the inheritor would like to reinvest the money, they should create their own account on the platform.
