Irrespective of the above, you always have the right to approach the out-of-court dispute resolution authorities concerning any complaint about our service. You also have the right to apply to any competent court if you think we have breached the law.

The detailed process of further actions related to dispute resolution can be found on the official resource of the Republic of Croatia.

We'll let you know when we get your complaint and keep you updated on your case. We’ll respond either in English or Croatian.

Our final decision will be provided within 15 business days. If for some reason we can’t finish it by then, we’ll explain why and give you an estimated timeline. Examination of the complaint by Robocash d.o.o. is free of charge.
