  • What are the requirements for investors?

    You need to be at least 18 years old, have a residence permit in the European Union, the UK, or Switzerland, and have a bank account in this region.

  • What if the borrower doesn’t return the loan on time?

    You will get the money 30 days after the loan due date thanks to the Buyback guarantee. You will also get the interest for the whole time of owning the loan, including the overdue period.

  • If I invest in a loan and the company goes out of business, what happens to my money?

    In such cases, one of the UnaFinancial group companies will take over these obligations. Since 2017, when Robocash was launched, every single loan has been paid in full and on time or within the 30-day Buyback guarantee period, proving the effectiveness of our business model.
