How does two-factor authentication work?

Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, is a mechanism that helps protect your account from unauthorised access. It is called two-factor because it requires 2 steps to access your account instead of the usual 1-step password.

First, you need your login and password for your Robocash account. Second, you get a six-digit passcode that will be sent to your Google Authenticator app. The code is unique and expires after a short period of time, so no one can use the same code twice. When you input the credentials and the code correctly, you can access your account.

You can enable the 2FA under the Profile icon in the upper right corner in your account to make sure your money is safe.
