How can I withdraw money from my account?

You can withdraw money only from your Wallet. Remember that you can withdraw 50 euros or more, and for a smaller sum please contact our Customer Care team.

To make a withdrawal from your Wallet, follow these steps:

1) Click on the Wallet icon in your account and choose "Withdraw".
2) Choose the amount and IBAN account for withdrawal.
3) Confirm the action.

The money will arrive at your bank within 3 working days.
