UnaFinancial, the ultimate owner of the Robo.cash platform, protects investor funds through a structured approach whereby the Group guarantees the solvency of all of its loan originators and the payment of their liabilities with a hands-on solution in each instance. This arrangement allows the holding company to cover liabilities in the event that one of the loan originators is unable to repay investors for any reason. 

The Group's primary goal is to fulfill all obligations directly. In the event of the originator's insolvency, UnaFinancial initiates legal proceedings to settle with the originator and facilitates the continued repayment of debts to investors.
