Who can become an investor on Robo.cash?
Any resident of the EU, the UK or Switzerland, age of 18, who has a personal bank account in the EU, the UK or Switzerland in EUR currency, can become an investor on Robocash. You just need to register on the website and to provide your personal document for the verification.
Residents of which countries can invest money on Robo.cash?
At the moment, we are working with Switzerland, the UK and the EU countries, such as: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden and Estonia. We do our best to start working with non-EU-countries. All potential investors will be informed when such opportunity becomes possible.
Can a company be an investor?
No. We have temporarily stopped accepting legal entities at Robo.cash.
How can I start investing with Robo.cash?
To start investing and earning income with Robo.cash, just fill in a simple registration form on our website. After registration, you will need to verify your identity by sending a photo of your personal id or other document which states your identity and residence. Once your identity is checked, add to your account the amount you're willing to invest. Then create a portfolio with preferable parameters. That's it.
I have successfully activated my account. How do I start investing?
Once you register on Robo.cash, your account will be tied to two different balances - investor’s balance and portfolio balance. First, you need to add money from your personal bank account to your Investor’s balance on Robo.cash. Second, you need to set up a portfolio, and your funds will be transferred to the portfolio and begin to generate profit. Please mind that the funds on this balance are not invested until you set up a portfolio and allocate the money there.
How can I deposit money into my account?
To deposit and withdraw funds, you need to have a personal bank account in the EU, Switzerland or the UK in EUR currency.
Such payment systems as Revolut or Transferwise can be also used, if these systems are able to make direct payments from your personal IBAN (provided to you by them) to our platform, and with your name specified as a sender.
How often can I add money to my personal balance?
You can top up your balance as often as you need. Please keep in mind that the total sum of deposits cannot be bigger than 25 000 EUR per calendar month.
Does Robocash take a fee for its service?

Robocash does not charge investors with any extra payments. We cover all operational costs by ourselves, so the investors can earn money, not spend it.

What is the minimum amount to be invested?
There is no minimum amount to be deposited. However, you need to add at least 10 EUR to a portfolio to start investing.
What is the maximum amount to be invested?
Natural persons can invest €25,000 per calendar month. The limit for legal entities is €15,000 per month.
How can I choose a loan to invest in?
The investment process is completely automated. After the funds are deposited, you can create a portfolio and set it in a way that is convenient for you. For example, you can choose loan originators, the loan term, the income option, etc. You can see how many loans are available for investment based on your current settings. After the portfolio is set, your money is automatically invested in the available loans within one hour.
