As the holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to thank you for being with us through what has certainly been an eventful year.

Support and banking schedule for the holidays

Our customer care team will take a holiday break on January 1st. All inquiries submitted during this day will be addressed on the next business day.

Please note the bank operations schedule:

- December 24 and 31: SEPA payments will be processed in the first half of the day;
- December 25–26 and January 1, 2026: Bank operations will be closed, processing will resume on the next business day. There may be slight delays during these periods.
