Why is my withdrawal request rejected or delayed?

There might be a few reasons for this.

The most frequent reason is that the bank account details are incomplete. In this case our bank fails to process the transfer, and our Customer Care team contacts you.

Funds security is one of the top priorities for Robocash, so a withdrawal request can be delayed or held off for security reasons. If we indicate some activity that seems suspicious, we may contact you to find out details or request confirmation, documents, etc..

You can withdraw money only to IBAN accounts. If you've deposited from a different type of account, you will need to make a deposit of any sum from an IBAN account to add it to the system and then make the withdrawal.
