What if I lose access to my authentication device?

When you set up the 2FA, we provide you with a long code for emergency recoveries. If you have saved this code, enter it in a dedicated field, and you will be able to access the account.

If you don’t have this code, when losing access to your authentication device or authentication app you should contact us via [email protected] from your officially registered email address so that we can reset the 2FA process for you.
